BAY ADVENTURES – MAKING TRAVEL EASIER
A big THANK YOU to SCUBA Diving readers! Bay Adventures was voted One of the Best Dive Travel Agencies by Scuba Diving’s readers in the 2020 and 2021 Readers Choice Awards.
The internet has made travel planning much easier, with faster and better information flow. In the past, travelers might have consulted a local travel agency for information – and might have relied on the advice of someone who had never even visited the destination! So the internet has simplified access to destination specialists, like us… but since anyone can have a website, how do you know the company you contact is responsible and reputable? We think you should know exactly who you’re dealing with, and who you’re trusting with helping plan your vacation.
Bay Adventures is a Florida corporation, registered in Florida as a Seller of Travel (registration # ST-29606). We’re proud to report that we have a perfect record with ZERO consumer complaints since our inception in 1998 (please call the Sellers of Travel Dept. of Florida’s Division of Consumer Services at 850-410-3760 if you have questions). We are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, with no surcharge for credit card use.
Most importantly, every year we send thousands of satisfied clients on vacation – we know our destinations very well and pass along our travel experience and insider knowledge to our customers. Your vacation is important to us, and we are 100% committed to giving friendly, personalized service AND the best deals on your vacation: our large volume to our destinations allows us to “package” vacation components to save you money.
Company president James “Al” Bay is a PADI Master Instructor since 1986, and been handling group and individual travel to the island since 1986.
