Just beyond the colorful pink wall and through the stylish wood door lies a wonderful garden courtyard, lush with tropical plants and flowers. Vibrant pink and blue planters are adorned with a variety of plants and greenery.
The 2-story Casita Alta is just on the other side of this courtyard with entrance through glass patio doors. As you enter into the property, you'll find a large dining room and modern kitchen. There is also a bar in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a center island and lots of counter space.

Past the dining area through an archway trimmed with a handpainted floral design is the living area. The living area has a full size sofa, loveseat and chair. A built-in display case/entertainment cabinet holds the TV, stereo and an assortment of decorative Mexican art pieces.

A bedroom is just off the living area and has a king size bed with colorful bedspread. Another bedroom on this level has two twins. There are two bathrooms on the first level.

Off the living area is a studio which is open to the second floor. This area has a sofa and table and decorative items. This would be a good play area for children, or quiet area if you want to sneak away and read a book . An open stairway leads to the second story.

The upper level features two more bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two queens. This level has one bath. There is also a second level patio which would be a good location for catching a gentle breeze.

A large swimming pool is just off the garden/courtyard. You'll find patio furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing. This is the spot to settle in and enjoy your leisure with a refreshing dip in the pool after a day of activities on the island.

The Casita Alta is brand new and is fully air conditioned, has TV/VCR, CD player, barbecue and large swimming pool. You'll find it handsomely furnished in Spanish style.

Conveniently located close to an excellent bakery/restaurant so you can walk across the street to grab some goodies to bring back to your villa, or stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A miniature golf course is nearby, too, so if you have children (or young at heart), entertainment is convenient.
