The Seaside Condos are located in the 6-story Phase 1 Puesta del Sol Building. The Seaside Condos are just north of the Sunset Condos along oceanfront of Cozumel. Just a little over a mile north of the central plaza, the Seaside Condos are convenient to town, the airport and the marina.

The property has ocean frontage including a large patio area complete with palapas and private swimming pool. Enjoy a dip in the large swimming pool, or snorkel up and down the coast in this area where you'll find abundant fishlife.
